The Association's primary objective is the promotion of art and culture in all it's manifestations, especially the visual arts.  The Association aims to promote local, national and international artists by carrying out activities such as production, exhibition, distribution, representation and commercialization of works  of art.  The Association also aims to offer educational opportunities such as workshops and conferences. The Association aims to bridge the gap between the community and the experience of art.  It hopes to do this through activities such as workshops, the production of art for public places, and by promoting emerging artists, with an emphasis on artists who are newcomers to Canada.
